Since its inception, the Patient Centered Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC) has recognized the importance of engaging consumer and patient groups in awareness activities about the patient centered medical home (PCMH). The PCPCC has created a center, the Center for Consumer Engagement (CCE), for this very purpose.
