The Collaborative is working with the National Business Coalition on Health and the National Business Group on Health to develop a series of guidances for employers of all sizes to begin integrating the Medical Home model into their plans with health benefit companies. We will update Collaborative members as these efforts continue to develop. The Center held a call yesterday to discuss the latest version of the Purchasers Guide. There was a significant amount of conversation relating to the guide that touched upon key issues that reflect upon the direction and the work of the Collaborative as a whole.
