The Center is pleased to have Mary Kay Owens, R.Ph, C.Ph, come on our call and speak to the group on a presentation entitled, "Identifying & Quantifying the Costs of Uncoordinated Care: Findings from a Multi-state Claims Analysis".  There will be time afterwards for Q&A.  Please find a copy of the presenation attached at the bottom of this agenda.  Additionally, please find Mary Kay Owens' brief biography attached, as well as a summary of the works, analysis and publications of her organization, Southeastern Consultants, Inc.
