2. Presentation - Jonathan Klein, MD, American Academy of Pediatrics.  Dr. Klein has been recently appointed a new full-time leader at AAP and has been tasked with development of their HIT strategy in support of their mission and membership.  Hear Dr. Klein describe the history of what has been done at AAP to date as well as his thoughts on how AAP can best support their members, as well as children and families, with regard to using HIT in a PCMH model to facilitate practice transformation and improvement in health outcomes.
