- Presentation - Bob Tavares, VP Care Management, Emmi Solutions, LLC will present to the Center "The Power of Conversation. Emmi Program: Introduction to the Medical Home". PowerPoint presentation is attached at the bottom of the agenda. The Center is pleased to have Bob Tavares speak regarding the work done by Emmi Solutions in developing a understandable and comprehensive method to communicate the benefits of the medical home concept to consumers.

V. Center for Health Benefit Redesign and Implementation Collaboration with the Center for Multi-Stakeholder Demonstration
- Rob Dribbon will speak to the group about an upcoming Center for Multi-Stakeholer Demonstration (CMD) meeting. Possible participation from our Center with the CMD is encouraged.
VI. Discussion on drafting model letters on benefits of primary care
- The Center would like to draft a model letter detailing the general benefits of primary care from employers to their employees. Below find several resources from:

- American College of Physicians: please click here.
VII. Create "Buyers Resource Center" to include: Best Practices, Buying Criteria, Consumer Engagement Tools, Purchaser Guide (and materials), Lessons Learned, "Toolkit" to support successful program evaluations/ employer engagement.
