Collaborative Members

The Collaborative currently has two tiers of membership -

Executive Committee:
The PCPCC’s Executive Committee guides the Collaborative and meets monthly to determine the PCPCC’s course of action.  Members of the Committee have become invaluable contributors to the Patient-Centered Medial Home (PCMH) movement and play a pivotal role in shaping the PCPCC’s advocacy agenda.  The Executive Committee includes representatives from all the critical sectors of health care, including:  the health plans, large employers, physician and health care practitioner associations, health IT firms, hospitals, medical schools, retail clinics, and pharmaceutical firms.
There are many opportunities for Executive Committee members to get fully engaged in the National Patient Centered Medical Home movement, a few are listed below:

• Being added to our expert and speaker list to serve as surrogate speakers;
• Serving on our Executive Committee taskforces which currently include: Payment Reform, Medication Management, Behavioral Health, Mobile Health IT, CME and Training, Public Health, Practice Transformation, Transitions in Care, Home Health Taskforce among others;
• Serving on the Event Planning Committee to plan the agenda’s for our upcoming conferences;
• Serving on our Finance and Budget Committee;
• Serving on our Legislative and Regulatory Committee; and
• Serving as officers on one of our five Centers – Center for Multi-Stakeholder Demonstrations, Center to Promote Public Payer Implementation, Center for Health Benefit Redesign and Implementation, Center for eHealth Adoption and Exchange, and the Center for Consumer Engagement

Joining the PCPCC’s Executive Committee is easy.  Simply contact our Executive Director, Edwina Rogers, at (erogers@pcpcc.net) and she will begin the process.  Membership dues typically fall between $20,000 to $30,000 and varies with respect to your organization’s size and type:  national health plans are invoiced for $30,000, trade associations for $25,000, while all others are charged $20,000.  Furthermore, the PCPCC is happy to accommodate payment plans to fit your organization’s needs.  For instance, some of our members receive monthly invoices to be paid in installments over the course of the fiscal year.  

General Membership:
Signing up for the PCPCC’s general public membership is free of charge and includes many benefits.  General members are invited to the PCPCC’s national weekly call and, if desired, are welcome to join the various Center calls.  Members also have free access to many PCPCC resources including, but not limited to: the Pilot Guide, the Consumer Guide, Meaningful Connections Guide, Purchaser’s Guide, and Employee Quick Reference Guide.   Finally, public members are invited to join our many innovative PCPCC Taskforces.
