1. State Roles in Multi-Payer Medical Home Pilots, Wed.November 12, 2008; 1:00-2:30PM EST
This is the third in a series of web seminars on the patient centered medical home concept and the value it brings to primary care. This program will focus on existing multi-payer medical home pilot programs, covering defining characteristics of each, reimbursement methodologies, how the pilots are supporting practice transformation, and the state role in the effort.
