Final Version: PCPCC Sign-On Letter in Support of the Nomination of Administrator for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

Dear PCPCC Members,

We have submitted the attached Sign-On Letter in support of the nomination by President Obama of Donald Berwick, M.D., as Administrator for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to Congress.  Please find the final version of the SIgn-On Letter attached below for your records.  The Letter was signed by 45 organizations.  

The PCPCC appreciates everyone who commented and signed the Letter.  We resubmitted the Letter today and will continue to do so.
