Follow-up to Legislative Committee Meeting, Thursday, September 24th

During our recent Legislative Committee meeting, there was discussion among the group regarding drafting a response to the Senate Finance Committee leadership in reference to medical home pilots.  Attached, please find a draft of the letter.  We ask that you review the language and return any comments/suggestions and your intention to sign-on with us, by COB Thursday, October 8th.
