PCPCC Sign On Letter - Please Respond by COB Friday, March 12th

Dear Members,
As you may be aware, the PCPCC represents a diverse group of stakeholders on the front lines of health care delivery, including business, consumers, insurers, and clinicians. Although we may not agree on all aspects of health care reform included in the bills being considered by Congress, we are united in our belief that primary care and the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) are the foundations of a high performing health care system. Upon the suggestion and subsequent approval of our Legislative Committe and Board of Directors, the Collaborative has written a sign-on letter to Congress in reference to support for primary care and the expansion of pilot-testing and implementation of the Patient-Centered Medical Home under the Medicaid and Medicare programs in the final health care reform bill. Attached, please find the letter. We ask that you review the language and return your intention to sign-on, by COB Friday, March 12th. If you wish to sign-on or have any comments, please notify Relja Ugrinic, at [email protected].
