The Center is pleased to have Hoangmai Pham, MD, MPH join us on our call for a discussion on the funding of a medical home.  Dr. Pham is a general internist and senior health researcher at the Center for Studying Health System Change in Washington, DC, where she coordinates policy research on delivery systems. She has strong interests in the organization of care delivery and care coordination; quality performance, measurement, and improvement; payment policy; trends in provider markets; and health disparities. She has a particular interest in Medicare, and contributes to the design of Medicare programs and demonstrations including the Medical Home Demonstration, the Physician Quality Reporting Initiative, and Medicare's Resource Use Reports for physicians. She serves on the PCMH work group and PCMH research steering committee for the Society for General Internal Medicine. Dr. Pham received her AB from Harvard, her MD from Temple University, and was a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar at Johns Hopkins, where she also received her MPH.
