II. Presentation Topic:  West Virginia Medical Home Incentive Pilot - Christine St. Andre and Roger Chaufournier
 
Christine St. Andre and Roger Chaufournier currently serve as lead staff of the West Virginia Health Improvement Institute, the oversight organization for the West Virginia Medical Home Performance Incentive Pilot. Both Ms. St. Andre and Mr. Chaufournier hold MHSA degrees from George Washington University and are principals and co-founders of CSI Solutions, LLC, a consulting and technology services company that has been working with the State of West Virginia on initiatives to improve the health care delivery system in the state as well as the health status those who live there.
 
Ms. St. André has extensive experience in leading complex healthcare organizations, including holding the CEO positions at the University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics in Salt Lake City and the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC. Mr. Chaufournier likewise has extensive experience as a senior leader in a variety of settings in the health care industry, including serving as CEO of a public population health management company, Assistant Dean for Strategic Clinical Initiatives for the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and in leadership positions at the George Washington University Hospital and University.
