  • Dr. Kaytura Felix-Aaron will speak regarding the work done by Federally Qualifed Health Centers (FQHC) with medical homes.  Places such as the Marillac Clinic in Grand Junction Colorado with a PCMH including mental health and the partnership the Collaborative has in the Mid Hudson Valley in the THINC PCMH effort have proved beneficial.
