RUC Recommended Payment Model

The American Medical Association RVS Update Committe (RUC) made a recommendation to the Medicare Medical Home Demonstration Project team concerning the additional payment values for physician practices participating in the demonstration.

As with many of the RUC's recommendations, this work held significant weight with health policy decision makers across the country.
