We would like to offer you the rewarding opportunity to connect your organization’s name with this educational and informative networking event, and demonstrate your organization’s support for PCPCC and the patient-centered medical home health care delivery model. I am very pleased that our recent October 2011 meeting was a great success in terms of attendance and many of members and supporters took advantage of the valuable exhibiting space and sponsorship opportunities. We were filled to capacity in every regard and so will be offering these options and more again for the April 2012 meeting. However, sponsorship opportunities will go quickly so the earlier to commit the better as to take full advantage of the variety of marketing opportunities. It is important for organizations to secure a spot early! The following is a list of sponsorship options for 2012:
PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES Sponsorship Opportunities Take advantage of this unique opportunity to expand your reach to an audience of nearly 500 highly influential and experienced professionals. Our meeting programs are structured to encourage maximum attendance. Events include a pre-meeting networking reception, registration, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch. Two for One Feature Please know that any exhibitor or sponsor contributing $5000 or more would also be permitted the option to exhibit at the October meeting. For sponsorships under $5000, organizations can add an exhibit table for an additional $2000. Keynote Speaker PCPCC always is striving to provide a wide range of expert speakers for our meetings.
