Employee Benefits Manager, Roy O Martin Lumber Company
Diane Davidson is Employee Benefits Manager for RoyOMartin in Alexandria, Louisiana, joining the company in 1993. She was a programmer/analyst for RoyOMartin until November 2004 when she took on the role of Benefits Manager. In fact, her background as a programmer/analyst first for a medical software company and later for the manufacturing and administrative operations for RoyOMartin led to her current position as benefits manager. She set up the computer system for the self insured insurance division and moved into the role of benefits manager in 2004.
